Ignite Adds Veteran CJ Miles

WALNUT CREEK, Calif., Dec. 17, 2021 NBA G League Ignite has signed 17-year NBA veteran CJ Miles to its roster, NBA G League President Shareef Abdur-Rahim announced today.

Miles began his professional career immediately after high school and became the youngest player in Utah Jazz franchise history when he was selected 34th overall by the Jazz in the 2005 NBA Draft. He spent seven seasons at Utah, which included development time in the NBA G League for the Albuquerque Thunderbirds and Idaho Stampede.

Miles' career also includes stops with the Cleveland Cavaliers (2012-14), Indiana Pacers (2014-17), Toronto Raptors (2017-19), Memphis Grizzlies (2019) and Washington Wizards (2019-20). He helped his teams to seven NBA Playoff berths and averaged 9.6 points, 2.4 rebounds and 1.1 assists in 848 NBA appearances.
