OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla., Nov. 14, 2022 G League Ignite (1-4) fell to the Oklahoma City Blue (3-1) for the second time on the season Monday night, 104-88, at Paycom Center in Oklahoma City, Okla.

Ignite was led by Scoot Henderson, who notched a season-high 26 points with 3 rebounds and 3 assists. Henderson has had three outings where he a has tallied at least 25 points. Aubrey Dawkins and Babacar Sane both recorded 12 points apiece.

After trading buckets early in the first quarter, G League Ignite was able to pull away and take a 10-point lead (28-18) after forcing nine turnovers in the first quarter resulting in 11 points for Ignite. Oklahoma City was able to fight back and go on an 11-0 run to take the lead halfway through the second quarter and would finish the first half with a 5-point lead (51-46). Oklahoma City Blue was led by Jahmi’us Ramsey who poured in 18 of his 26 points in the first half.

G League Ignite struggled to find its rhythm offensively to start the second half, as Oklahoma City would extend its lead by 15 points to end the third quarter. The Blue would not relinquish the lead and built its largest lead of 21 points in the fourth quarter to seal the victory.

Along with Ramsey (26), The Blue’s entire starting five scored in double-figures with Mokoka (18), Dieng (17), Omoruyi (14) and Wilson (10).

The two teams will meet again on Wednesday, November 16 with 9 a.m. PT/12 p.m. ET tipoff at Paycom Center in Oklahoma City, Okla. Coverage will be available on ESPN+.
